Using Radiancy's Light and Heat Energy (LHE^™), the SkinStation^® can provide photo-rejuvenation, acne therapy, as well another method of long term hair removal. Rather than filtering out the heat with a cooling device, LHE™ applies the heat in combination with light to more safely and efficiently achieve the desired effect on the skin.

Photo-Rejuvenation is a safe and reliable method of therapy that provides noticeable improvement in pigmented and vascular lesions, skin complexion and fine lines and wrinkles in just a few treatments. The treatment takes only 10-15 minutes and there is no downtime. Usually 2-3 treatments, every 2-3 weeks, are required for the desired effect. One treatment of the entire face typically costs $200.00, treatment of vascular lesions from $75.00-$125.00 and treatment of brown spots on hands or arms cost $75.00-$125.00. This type of treatment can be done on any color skin.

Acne Clearance of pustular type acne can be achieved using the LHE™ technology in about 1/3 the time it takes for standard medical therapies. A series of 8 treatments over a 4 week period is all it takes for dramatic results. Each treatment takes only 10 minutes and costs from $50.00 to $75.00 depending on the area involved. Results are visible shortly after starting therapy with clearance rate of up to 90% on average. This type of treatment can also be done on any color skin.

Long Term Hair Removal can also be achieved with the LHE™ as it is with our Epilight system. Because of its large spot size, larger areas of the body (back or legs for example) can be treated quickly and efficiently. Several treatments are usually necessary and cost is dependant on the size of the area treated. The technology is currently effective for removal of dark hair from light to moderately tanned skin. The Radiancy company, is currently in the process, however, of getting FDA approval for a new wavelength application that will be able to treat much darker and even African-American skin.
