We can file insurance for all routine visits. We request that all charges and/or co-payments be paid at the time the service is rendered.  Our insurance clerk will however,  file insurance for all obstetrical care and for surgical procedures.  Remember that insurance contracts are made between the patient and the insurance company.  Often, the insurance does not provide full payment of medical costs. Any unpaid portion of the bill would therefore be your responsibility.  We are happy to help you in establishing a payment program that will not create financial hardship.  Please feel free to discuss this or any other financial problems with our office manager, Terri Boone.
