At Piedmont Obstetrics and Gynecology we now offer long term hair removal for women and men using the EpiLight™ Hair Removal  System.  Under the direct supervision of Dr. Montes, our  EpiLight™ (a non invasive light therapy) can be used to eliminate unwanted hair from all areas of the body. The system's unique design offers you customized treatment, according to your hair color, texture, and location on the body.  EpiLight™ can remove all hair colors from all parts of the body including the chin, upper lip, cheeks, legs, arms, underarms, and back ~ as well as sensitive areas like the ears, nose, chest and bikini line.  This flexible approach to treatment cannot be achieved with any laser or non-invasive method currently available.

Most treatments last 15-30 minutes but larger areas may require more time.  Since hair grows in three distinct stages, you should expect some re-growth, especially after the first treatment.  These hairs should be finer and fewer in number. If the targeted area was tweezed or waxed before treatment, these hairs may be visible the second or third treatment. It is for this reason that 3 or 4 treatment cycles are recommended at monthly intervals.

Prices may vary according to size and are subject to change. A "package" plan or "pay as you go" plan is available. (Package includes 10 treatments)  Saturday appointments also available.

Consultation Fee--$50.00  (applied to treatment cost)

*Package includes consultation appointment and no more that 10 treatments for 1 year from the initial consult.
